Privacy notice

Blackmont Flow is a private-beta financial planning product operated within the Blackmont group. This notice explains the information used to provide and protect the service.

Information we use

We may process account identity, profile and workspace details, security events, product preferences, support communications, subscription status, and—when you choose to connect an institution—financial account and transaction information provided through Plaid. Flow does not request or store your bank password.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, personalize planning models, display connected-account data, prepare user-approved instructions, operate billing in the applicable environment, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Control and retention

You can request access to or export of supported profile data from the product. Retention depends on operational, security, contractual, and legal requirements. Private-beta data may be removed when no longer required.

Service providers

Flow relies on carefully selected providers for hosting, email delivery, banking connectivity, authentication, and test billing. Providers process data only for the services they supply and under their own applicable terms.

Important limitation

Flow provides planning tools. It is not a bank, broker, investment adviser, accounting firm, or tax adviser, and it does not take custody of funds.
